While UFC 126 is approaching fast, I couldn’t help myself not to analyze the Vitor Belfort vs Rich Franklin Fight. I think that this fight is crucial for us to understand what will happen in the Silva vs Belfort match up.

If you didn’t get the chance to watch the Belfort vs Franklin fight, I highly suggest you do so. Vitor Belfort’s hands are still very very fast. I think that he has proven to be a better striker than Anderson Silva. That’s why I don’t think Silva can afford himself to exchange punches. Vitor is physically much much stronger than Anderson and his punches almost never miss. I’m quite surprised by this, since Vitor is a natural jiu jitsu practitioner, not a brawler.

I think that Anderson Silva just might lose this fight. I know a lot of you won’t agree but Belfort’s style is just simply very dangerous for Silva.
